To give new customers a chance to try Flamingo risk-free, new customers can book their first event with Flamingo for free. Eligible customers are those that haven't yet booked an event with Flamingo, don't have the resident app, or have another ​Flamingo software subscription. 

The events a new customer can book for free include the following:

• Fitness Class: we send a fitness instructor to the building to teach any fitness class.
• Fitness Workshop: we send a fitness instructor to do any workshop - e.g. "How to use the fitness center" workshop. 
• Mixologist: we send a mixologist to do cocktail making class or demo. The building has to provider all the supplies - e.g. alcohol, mixers, ice
• Bartender: we provide a bartender to do serve and make drinks. They property has to provide everything needed. 
• Food Truck: we send a food truck to the building and residents pay for the food. 

• Go to Dashboard.GetFlamingo.Com > Book Events > Free Event Offer > request any one of the free events. 
• Wait for a Flamingo host to be assigned.
• Market the event to residents once the event is confirmed.

 
The event is free so there is no payment the customer has to make.
