- Active Users: shows the number of residents that have opened the app each month
- All Users: shows all account, even if they haven't opened the app or used the app
- Happiness: shows resident satisfaction each month
- Renewal Intent: shows likeliness to renew
- Move-In: shows resident's satisfaction with move-in
- Maintenance Request: shows resident's satisfaction with maintenance
- Review Generation / Reputation Management: please connect the Facebook and Google accounts for the two Tier 3 properties.
