Flamingo integrates with your Entrata Property Management system to enable the following things:
- Resident Data - adding and removing residents from your Flamingo app automatically.
- Maintenance Requests - allowing residents to submit maintenance requests that go back into Entrata
- Updating Renter's Insurance - Flamingo automatically verifies renter's insurance and can update the resident's status within Entrata.
- Updating Resident Profile in Entrata - Flamingo can attach emails, documents, and text from Flamingo into the resident's profile within Entrata.
The following instructions can be used to grant API access to Flamingo:
- Within Entrata, an "admin" level Entrata user can go to Apps ---> API Access and click the "Add API User" button
- Use the search to find Flamingo and click Enable Access
- Follow the on screen steps to select the properties and web services to permission. For web services, leaving the default values is recommended.
- Click the Copy Credentials button to copy the credentials and then you can paste them in an email to your Flamingo implementation manager.
