Step 1: Connect Google, Facebook, Apartments.Com, and Yelp Accounts to Flamingo
Here is how to connect your online review accounts to Flamingo:
- Login at Dashboard.GetFlamingo.Com > Manage > Reputation Management
- Then click "Google", "Facebook" or "Yelp" to connect either account.

Step 2: Set what reviews trigger an alert and who receives them
Here is how to do it:
- Navigate to Settings > Email Notifications > Reputation Management
- Click the edit icon to set who should receive email notifications when new reviews are added or when a review is edited. You also need to set what ratings should trigger a notification.
Step 4: Receive an an email when a new review is left
The designated review responders will receive an email alert when new reviews are left with a link to click to reply to the review.
Step 5: Respond to the review in your own words, use Flamingo's AI response or use a combination of both
