When setting up your digital resident guide, you are able to add all members of your team as admins. When you do so, anyone you add shows up on the resident app in the Community Team part of your digital resident guide.

Some times, corporate might want to be added as admins to the app to see what is going on or review your monthly resident happiness and other metrics. But they might not want residents to see them as part of the community team.

To remove admins from showing in the resident app, login at dashboard.getflamingo.com > Manage > Building Admins > Admins

Then uncheck who shouldn't be shown in the app.
