How it works:
- Go to Dashboard.getflamingo.com on your cell phone or iPad
- Sign In > Manage > Package Management
- Scan a package by tapping on the barcode scanner icon
- Upload the phone and enter the relevant details if they aren't completed automatically by the scan
- Tracking Number
- Description or Notes (optional)
- Select the resident from the drop down list. If there resident isn't listed on the dropdown list, you can manually enter their email by selecting "Send By email"
- Carrier
- Date Delivered
- Pickup Location
- The resident will be notified they have received a package by email and push notification (if they have the app)
- When the resident picks up the package, click on status and change it to from "Notified" to "Pick Up"
- The resident is notified every 48 hours until they pick up the package.
