How to Restrict Amenity Reservations or Guest Suites

Block out specific dates or times that residents cannot book an amenity or guest suite

Use this feature if there are certain dates or times that you want to prevent residents from booking a certain amenity.

Navigation: Dashboard.GetFlamingo.Com > Manage > Amenities > Amenity Restriction

  1. Use the Amenity drop down list to select the Amenity you want to restrict
  2. Select the Restriction Type:  One Time, Recurring or Recurring with End Date
  3. Use Apply restrictions to and select either Full Day or Time Slots to designate if this restriction is for an entire day or just for a specific time slot
  4. Click Save
