This feature helps you automate the move-in, renewal, and move-out process with a digital checklists that residents can complete and mark off items as they complete them.

How it works is that a list of tasks is auto populated for residents to complete for move-in, renewals, and move-out.

The resident checks off each task as they complete them - e.g. uploading their proof of renter's insurance.

The resident gets automated emails, texts, and push notifications to remind them to complete the tasks that they haven't done.

Triggers:
  • Move-In: triggered for new move-ins (i.e. Future)
  • Renewal: triggered when a resident's lease expires in 90 days
  • Move-Out: triggered when the resident has a move-out date.

We have pre-populated your account with templated items but you can edit these or add new tasks by going to Manage > Move-In, Renewals, Move-Out

When you arrive, you have the following options:
  • Emails: use this tap to add automated emails that residents should get throughout their lifecycle at the community. These emails include things like Welcome Home emails that can be automatically sent the day of move-in to emails like a Happy One Year Anniversary Email that can be sent 365 days after someone has moved in. See here for more information
  • Move-In Tasks: click here to see, edit, or delete the list of move-in tasks residents have to complete.
  • Renewal Tasks: click here to see, edit, or delete the list of renewal tasks residents have to complete
  • Move-Out Tasks: click here to see, edit, or delete the list of move-out tasks residents have to complete
  • Resident Task Updates: click here to see the current status of residents who are moving-in, renewing, or moving out. Here is where you can see what tasks they have completed and what is left. Here is also where you can view, approve, or download any submitted documents like Renter's insurance.
