When a resident moves in, the PMS pings Flamingo and Flamingo creates an account for that resident automatically using the PMS data. And when a resident moves out, Flamingo also automatically deactivates their account.
If you need to delete a resident's account for whatever, you can do so by:
- Going to dashboard.getflamingo.com > Manage > Residents
- Search for the resident and click on their profile
- Click on the 3 dots on the upper right corner
- Click on "Delete"
