Your resident app is integrated with your property management system. When we launch, all current residents get an account automatically. When new residents move in, an account is also automatically created for them with all the details from Yardi /Entrata/RealPage/RentManager and they receive an email and text with a link to set their password.
If they missed that email from Flamingo, they can simply download your resident app and use their email used in the property management system to do a password reset on the resident app.
They will then receive an email with a link to set their new password.
The integration connects every day at 9am CST and creates an account in your Flamingo resident app for any new residents that have moved in the previous day that don't already have an account.
