YOGA/PILATES/BARRE:

  • Yoga Fundamentals: Flow through fundamental yoga poses with a strong emphasis on proper alignment and how to modify for your body to create a deeper mind body connection. The goal is for you to have the most positive experience on your mat so come as you are, ready to learn with no expectations!

  • *Yoga Flow: A yoga class focusing on flowing from pose to pose, linking the movement with the breath. This class is adapted for all levels as the instructor will offer a variety of modifications to encourage participation of everyone. This yoga will feel like a workout while leaving your mind fresh and focused.

  • *Power Yoga: A more powerful Vinyasa yoga class as you continuously flow through strong sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures, linking the movement with the breath. Building strength from the inside out, be prepared to leave class feeling empowered, connected, and refreshed.

  • *Yoga Sculpt: A strength-building Vinyasa flow class that incorporates small hand weights, resistance training, and cardio bursts. This class will inspire you, sculpt and tone your muscles, and build lasting mental and physical strength.

  • Yoga Sculpt Circuit: TBD, might change name on schedule 

  • *Gentle Yoga Flow: Flow with movements and poses that are slow, gentle, and repetitive to create a deeply nourishing and stress reducing class. The instructor will offer variations of the poses so you have the option to keep it mellow and chill or to spice it up and make it more challenging to create your perfect balance of gentle and flow. 

  • Chair Yoga: Get grounded in body and mind in this gentle yoga class. Chair yoga is practiced sitting on a chair or using a chair for support in various poses and is designed to increase range of motion while meeting you at your level.

  • *Mindful Meditation: Calm the mind and improve focus with guided visualizations and breath work. This class is appropriate for brand new as well as seasoned practitioners.

  • Pilates Burn (Mat): A low impact, full body defining class designed to create long, lean muscles using bodyweight and light weights. Pilates Burn will focus on body control to strengthen your core, lower back, glutes and arms. You will leave feeling more flexible, limber, and toned! Some cardio may be mixed into the sequence.

  • BarrLates (Mat): Fusion of Barre and Pilates movements for an intense core and full body workout designed to lengthen and strengthen your body. Light weights, resistance bands and other props may be incorporated into class. 

  • PiYo: PiYo is an energetic blend of Pilates and Yoga exercises that can be adopted by all fitness levels. Using only your body weight, this class is designed to build strength, improve flexibility & balance, and tone muscles for a long, lean, and incredibly defined physique. With nonstop movements you will burn serious calories and leave feeling stronger!

  • Tone, Sculpt & Stretch: Tone and sculpt every part of your body using only your body weight and small weights while incorporating Yoga, Pilates, and strength training movements. This class will always end with a long, well deserved stretch.



GROUP FITNESS//KICKBOXING

  • Body Bootcamp: Anything goes in this full body bootcamp! This class combines cardio moves, strength training and core work into one intense sweat session. Exercises will be set based on time or number of reps without repeating the same workout twice to keep your body challenged and mind alert! This class is welcome to all levels.

  •  *Body Sculpt: Build a strong foundation and tone muscles using weights as you power through exercises that target your major muscle groups. This class focuses on strength training with a splash of cardio to keep you on our toes! A perfect class to start or continue your strength training journey.  

  •  Circuit Training, Circuit Challenge, -OR- Body Circuit: Rotate through a set number of stations with varied timed interval sets combining strength and cardio to keep you challenged and engaged during this circuit workout. All equipment is fair game for this class and each instructor will bring their own flavor and intensity, but one thing is always guaranteed, YOU WILL PUSH YOUR LIMITS!

  • *HIIT and Tone: High intensity intervals of cardio and strength training. Increase your cardio endurance and tone your muscles in this total-body workout that focuses on training at max effort for short periods of time. This class can be modified and done by all levels.  

  • *HIITxCore: The perfect combo of cardio and core. Boost metabolism and burn fat with intervals of heart-pumping cardio bursts mixed with challenging core exercises. This class can be modified and done by all levels.

  •  Train360 Signature 45 minute Flamingo class -- Coming soon! 

  • Cardio KickboxingHigh-energy kickboxing workout with cardio blasts to build stamina, improve coordination, and burn calories. Get ready to kick, punch and jab your way to a stronger you! All levels welcome, no boxing experience required.


DANCE

  • *Zumba: A Latin-based workout that integrates dance and exercise while moving to international beats. Come feel the music, join the fun, and forget you are working out! Prior Zumba experience is not necessary.

  • Dance Cardio: Dance yourself into shape! This class blends easy to follow dance moves with cardio intervals for the ultimate dance party! 

  • Bollywood Dance Fitness: Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness class that combines dynamic choreography with cardio intervals and upbeat music for the ultimate calorie burning dance party! Get ready to sweat, move, and feel the infectious energy! 



Specialty Classes

*Note: These classes are classes offered at specific building locations. Specific equipment required

  • Epic Spin: Build endurance, strengthen your muscles, and burn fat during this Epic Spin class. Ride through a series of hill climbs, sprints and other challenging cycle drills with music that will motivate and push you to new heights. Perfect for all levels as you control the resistance and pedal speed creating just the right intensity for you. (Notes: Come early and we we’ll fit your bike so you feel comfortable for the ride ahead)  

  • Tread & Shred: Tread & Shred is the ultimate calorie burning workout with 50% Strength Training 50% Cardio Intervals on the Treadmill. This class incorporates cardio intervals to challenge your cardiovascular endurance with strength intervals to sculpt and tone the body. The instructor will offer personalized modifications to help you get your best workout.

  • Water Aerobics: A great low impact workout combining strength, flexibility and cardio in water. Beginners welcomed and no swim or other experience needed.

    Aqua Zumba A new spin on water aerobics. Get fit while dancing to upbeat music in the pool for a low impact workout
