• Account Creation: This integration automates the account create process for residents. This integration is free. When the integration is turned on, the following things happen:
  • 1) The Flamingo system automatically creates an account for each resident using the information found in your property management system - Resident First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, Unit Number, Lease Start Date and Lease End Date. The integration connects every day at 6am CST and creates an account in your Flamingo resident app for any new residents that have moved in the previous day that don't already have an account. 
  • 2) The resident then automatically receives an email with instructions on how to download your app and a link to set their password in the app. 
  • 3) Every future resident that moves in also gets an account and confirmation email sent to them automatically.
  • 4) COMING SOON: Residents will also receive a series of education emails going over each feature within the app - e.g. event sign ups, social feed, rewards, amenity reservation etc. 
• Maintenance Request: This integration allows residents to send maintenance request from your branded app and the request goes into your property management system. Note that this integration doesn't change your workflow. You'll be able to see all the request in your property management system just as you would if the resident sent the request through the old way. Note that this integration is only available on TIER 2 - LUXURY COMMUNITIES PACKAGE.
